Quality Mechanical Repair LLC was established in 2021 with one mission: to bring a reliable, high quality Industrial Equipment Repair Service to multiple underground mines and construction sites. Our passion for excellence is what inspired us to set up shop and continues to drive us to this day. All our repairs are completed with meticulous detail, resulting in a product that is as good as new. We are highly specialized in Electrical and Hydraulic repairs.

Mobile and Face/Drift Repiars

As a safety orientated company, we still understand the importance of getting your broke down Equipment back up in an urgent manor while doing it safely. If we can safely do it, we will get your Equipment back up as fast as possible. We will get the proper parts ordered and proper plan together to get it back to new OEM condition as a planned repair. With this mentality we have successfully raised availability drastically at multiple mine sites in multiple states.

Rebuilds/ Repowers

The fact that we take great Pride in our work and have a team of highly experienced Mechanics makes our bare frame rebuilds the best in the industry. We don't just replace hoses and harnesses, but we closely inspect everything and reinstall hoses and harnesses in a manner that will last. Our Team can take your worn-out machine and get it to the same condition as it came from the factory in a timely manner. We will also do Quality refurbishes if you want to bring something back to life on a tight budget. We are also proficient in doing repowers on most underground Equipment.

Welding and Line bore Repairs

We have all the professional equipment and Skills to line bore any pivots on your heavy equipment. We not only Line bore your out of shape bores but we will also completely dismantle and put it back together so you can focus on sticking to your busy maintenance schedule. All of our tooling is mobile along with our fully tooled up service trucks so we will come to you.
